Singapore Retailers Association is the non-profit independent/non-governmental retail trade body in Singapore, funded entirely by the private sector. The SRA was founded in 1977, by 10 leading retailers. Courses organized by the SRA institute are: Retail Loss Prevention Course, Art of Service Workshop, Effective Retail Selling Skills, Fundamentals of Successful Visual Merchandising, Retail Supervisory Management, Customer Handling Skills, Communication and Relationship Management (Operations), Retail Supervisory Management, and Effective Retail Selling Skills Program.
