This programme is jointly offered by Marketing Institute of Singapore and Curtin University of Technology. It is designed for students to develop strengths in two complementary but distinct areas, thus enriching employment opportunities and enabling the development of understanding of a variety of multi-cultural perspectives. Graduates of the programme are employed in a wide variety of organisations in both public and private sectors. They will have the working knowledge of the frames of reference, models, concepts and language of marketing management and marketing information systems. Students will be aware of the concepts useful to marketing analysis and decisions drawn from the fields of behavioral science, quantitative techniques, economics and finance. It helps to understand the role of product, place, promotion and price in marketing, planning and strategy formulation, and familiarity with computer software including the use of statistical packages for analysis of market data.

Applicant should possess either at least two GCE 'A' level passes (minimum 5 points) or equivalent, or a three-year full time diploma in a non-business related study from the polytechnic institutions. All other qualifications will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and non-business diploma holders from the local polytechnics are eligible for exemptions of up to four modules.
